The programme was very well managed, the trainers displayed exceptional professionalism in motivating, team building and enhancing the team camaraderie with the participants. Alvin and his team have provided a holistic approach of team dynamics and the characteristics of an effective team. Our staff participants found the program refreshing and enjoyable.

Alvin and his team took time to understand the needs for SOE rangers, analysed the situation and identified gaps among the team members prior to tailoring the programme to meet the camp objectives. The participants have walked away feeling and knowing that they can make a difference in their role as a student leader as well as in their lives. This is the second time we engaged the training service by All Hearts. I have no hesitation to continue working with them as I know that they share the same objective as educational institution like us, which is to groom and nurture the young generation.

The mentors were very patient in allowing me to question, discover and understand my role as a mentor to my student councillors. They were also very willing to show the ropes to how I can guide my student councillors at every stage of their leadership development. They have also taught my student councillors that “Home is Where the Heart Belongs” – where they are convinced that they can make a difference to serve and lead the school. Alvin and his team made a belief in me, to believe that my student councillors can do greater in school. My student councillors have received many positive feedbacks after the overseas service learning trip!

They were energetic, funny and did an amazing job in warming up the participants during the ice-breakers. The energy and positivity was really infectious! Most importantly, they raised our team’s morale and spirits and we definitely left the training with a much stronger bond than when we arrived.

The first compliment went to their ability to organize the entire training within a short notice of barely two weeks. Swift yet productive, All Hearts was able to translate SATS Catering Pte Ltd requirements into a creative team building event. At the start of the event, the trainers engaged our staff well through their repertoire of mini activities and amusing comments. Towards the end, the trainers coherently related the essence of each activities into the workplace environment; on how we can achieve workplace harmony and success.

It was a very pleasant experience working with the camp coordinator and instructors at All Hearts. The camp coordinator was prompt in acceding to our requests and all the instructors were able to push our students to overcome their limitations by challenging and encouraging them. Their sincerity in caring for the students and facilitating their learning contributed to a very positive experience for the students. Thank you to Alvin and your team of instructors!
