Student Interns (17-21 Years Old)

Being an All Hearts Intern means jumping into action to bring training magic to life. Depending on the day, that could mean donning a climbing harness for high elements, creating a memorable video montage that highlights the participants’ experience, or conducting an energizer to build rapport with participants. You’ve got to know what it means to be a vital part of a team. You’ve got to want to grow. You’ve got to like to have fun at work. You have to smile—a lot—and you have to like to laugh. After all, we run training programmes out of school/office setting. You get the point.

Training Programmes

Freelance Team Mentors (>21 Years Old)

Programme Mentors are our front line and direct link to participants. You will be responsible for the daily supervision of participants in their assigned team and are to participate in all the activities planned by the Programme Chief. Previous experience working with students or adult learners is essential as you must be able to demonstrate the ability to enforce discipline firmly and fairly and to handle participants with differing abilities, motivational levels and learning styles.

Marketing

Freelance Content Copywriters / Designers (>18 Years Old)

Under the direction of any of our Business Developement Director, you will offer support in planning and execution of a social marketing campaign ranging from administration, logistical or photography/videography. You must possess effective verbal and written communications, and fill in as a leader when scheduling requires. Possessing sensitivity and awareness of diverse cultural perspectives and the ability to work with diverse participants background will be a plus!
