What does it cover?

Understanding customers is the key to giving them good service which in turn results into strong customer relationships and new sales opportunities.

This course will show you how to embed the ability to conduct customer behaviour analysis as a consistent part of your approach to acquire knowledge on products, services and specific markets, analysing trends and past performance to assess customer interest levels and needs, as well as recommending improvements to existing sales and marketing programmes.

Entry Requirements

This course has been designed to provide learners who are already working or wishing to enter any industry with the skills and knowledge required to Analyse Customer Behaviour effectively. They would require at least 1-year experience in a relevant domain such as:

    • Sales
    • Business Development
    • Marketing
    • Business Operations
    • Store Supervisors

Academic Qualifications: 

  • At minimum, the Learners will have a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification. 
  • For those without, they will have minimally 1-year of working experience in the relevant domain. 

The skills and knowledge for this unit which the participant is assumed to possess would be:

  • Read, write and speak English at WPL Level 5
  • Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5
  • Knowledge on Business Model Development
  • Knowledge on Business Plan Preparation
