WHO WE ARE

Alvin founded and set up the company not just for him but also for those who wants to get a chance to give back to society through mentoring others, especially the ones who will become our future generations. Having been in the industry for over 16 years, Alvin has engaged a variety of participants ranging from young children, youths-at-risk, student leaders to even corporate members. 

Wyn believes that the importance of mentors is undeniable as they can help to guide, direct, and shape your present situation and future opportunities for the better. Having been under the guidance of mentors for different phase of her life, Wyn is driven by the satisfaction of helping others and wants to pay it forward.

Hafiz believes that people learn best when they're having fun. With a balance between humour and firmness, Hafiz is able to guide learners to their answers without the need to spoon feed them. 

Melissa's first interaction with the outdoor was when she experienced a camp through Outward Bound Singapore, which further developed into an interest through a secondary 3 school camp. She was inspired by how the instructors were so energetic and devoted in guiding the students' learning through the camps.  

Eve’s seed of interest in growth and personal development was planted when a speaker inspired her during his motivational session in primary school. Empowered to do and be better, she would give her best shot in all that she do. 

Nordiana aims to keep her sets (mindset, skillset and toolset) updated with the times, so that she is best equipped to lead and inspire the youths and future leaders of Singapore to be the best version of themselves that they can be, and she enjoys volunteering and assisting with the community in her free time

Aloysius is a dedicated and caring leader through and through who is determined to help those who are doing poorly to do well, and those who are doing well to do even better. He is a diligent and reliable individual who not only takes pride in his work but strives to accomplish any task he is assigned beyond expectations. 

Rianne strongly believes in the value of cooperation and creating platforms for all to share their own ideas. This would mean not only supporting others, but also enabling individuals to challenge their limits during the working process. As such, she hopes that she can enable her participants to discover these values for themselves.
