Course Overview

In today's complex business environment, effective stakeholder management is more critical than ever. This course equips managers and professionals with the skills to identify stakeholder definitions, address pain points, and build meaningful, ethical relationships across projects and operations. Participants will gain practical tools in communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem solving.​

Who Should Attend?

This course is meticulously designed for professionals within the Food & Beverage sector, targeting roles such as Multi-Outlet Managers, Operations Managers, and Executive Chefs. It addresses the crucial skills and competencies highlighted in the Workforce Singapore (WSG) report, The Future of Jobs and Skills in Singapore's Food Services Sector​


Required years of experience in relevant domain:

They would require at least 1 year of work experience in any industry.


Academic Qualifications

This course has no minimum educational requirements. However, it is recommended for professionals with at least one year of working experience
