Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Please read the following T&Cs carefully before submitting your registration to All Hearts Pte Ltd (All Hearts). Your completed registration indicates that you have read all the T&Cs, understand them and acknowledge your acceptance of these T&Cs.

 

Assumed Skills & Knowledge

You declare that applicant(s) is/able to read, write and communicate effectively in the course medium of instruction and/or they have met Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4. All Hearts Pte. Ltd. (All Hearts) reserves the right to reject applicants (before course commencement) and/or bar applicants from course (after course commencement).

All fees paid will be considered non-refundable if the course has commenced.

 

Medical Fitness

Physical practical segments may be present in some of the courses. Applicants with any medical history or underlying heart and/or lung conditions or any medical problems associated with knee, spine, wrist or joints injury or any physical/mental disabilities are advised to obtain clearance from the doctor to attend the course and assessments.

 

Personal Data

The personal information collected on this form is for the use of course registration, account servicing of course-related activities, course survey and / or for application of course-related funding (only if applicable) to respective funding-related agencies / bodies / organisations (SSG, E2I, etc). Learners shall be bound by All Hearts Pte Ltd Privacy Policy as shown here

 

Legal Binding

By completing and submitting your registration, you hereby irrevocably commit to the registration of the course with All Hearts.

 

Course Registration

The registration form and payment must be submitted to All Hearts, latest 2 weeks before course commencement date.

All payment must be received and acknowledged by All Hearts. We reserve the right to cancel enrolments where payment is not made.

 

Course Confirmation

The course schedule selected is subject to confirmation. Classes will be formed only when a minimum class size is being met.

All Hearts reserves the rights to cancel or re-schedule the class without prior notice or may change the modality of the class and at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason for such cancellations or postponement. Any changes to the course will be notified to learners as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification for course confirmation.

Full refund will be made if payment has been received.

 

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

For deferment / withdrawal of courses, the applicant must email to admin@allhearts.com.sg to inform of their request latest 2 weeks before course commencement. All requests will be subjected to approval. An administrative fee of S$20nett will be imposed for all approved refunds / withdrawals or transfers based on case-by-case basis.

Refund of course fee paid will be as follows:

15 days and more before course start date → net course fee paid - $20 admin fee

Less than 15 days before course start date → strictly no refund

 

SSG Training Grant

All Hearts will submit the SSG Training Grant application on your behalf provided a full set of details is given for eligibility check. All Hearts will not be held responsible for any lapse in SSG Training Grant application due to incomplete details or incorrect details given by the applicant. Additional criteria is required for company-sponsored applicants to receive the training grant and absentee payroll.

 

Successful Course Completion

In order to be awarded with Statement of Attainment, applicants must fulfil the passing requirements of the course, which includes attendance criteria and assessment passing criteria, attendance criteria.

All Singaporeans and PRs will be able to access their SOA through their Skills Passport at http://www.myskillsfuture.sg using their Singpass. Learners can access/download SOAs fourteen (14) days after the course end date.

There will be no refunds or re-assessment for applicants who fail the passing requirements.

 

Any subsequent arrangements to fulfil the course requirements for certification will be at the discretion of All Hearts and subjected to the full course fees.

 

Model Release

Be registering to attend an All Hearts’ course, applicant hereby grant All Hearts the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use, re-use, display, distribute, transmit, publish, re-publish, copy, or otherwise exploit, either in whole or in part, either digitally, in print, or any other medium now or hereafter known, for any purpose whatsoever and without restriction, photographs and videos taken of you, or in which you may be included; to alter the same without restrictions; an to copyright the same, You understand and agree that All Hearts and its photographers/videographers, and his or her agents, representatives, and assignees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs and videos, including without limitation any and all claims for invasion, privacy, right of publicity, and defamation.

 

Restrictions

You are NOT permitted to videotape or record the class; rent, lend, lease, licence, sub-license, transfer, distribute, grant or assign any rights to the lessons, notes, workbook or other materials (“Materials'') that you receive as part of the class, printed or digital, to any third party or any other person; Copy, download, upload or otherwise reproduce or replicate the class notes in any medium, including, without limitation, online transmissions, local area networks, wide area networks, intranets, extranets and the Internet, in any way, in whole or in part; Use any part of the Materials provided as part of the class in a commercial product; Use any of the Materials provided as part of the class merchandise, whether for wholesale or retail; Use any of the provided materials provided as part of the class to enter into a competing business, whether directly or indirectly, or to create like or derivative products or services that substitute for or compete with All Hearts products or services. These restrictions include sub-licensing, re-selling, renting or distributing the materials or any derivative works; Use the Materials in a logo, trademark or service mark; alter, remove, obscure or obstruct the display of any copyright, trademark, end user licence agreement or other proprietary notice in the Materials.

 

Indemnity

By completing and submitting this registration, you hereby declare that you have obtained medical clearance to attend this course. In consideration of the acceptance of this application for enrolment, you hereby agree to waive and release any and all rights and claims for any consequential, incidental or direct injury and/or damages including without limitation, any loss of data, or loss of profits or lost savings that you or your registered applicant(s) may have against All Hearts and all employees and agents for any or all injuries and damages which may be sustained and suffered by the applicant in connection with your association with, or entry into this training, and which may arise out of their travelling to, participating in or returning from the course.

You hereby declare that you and your registered applicant(s) agree to this indemnity and if injuries and/or damages should occur, during, travelling to or returning from the course, you will bear all costs, present and future, through your own means.
